Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chartered Valuations Surveyor to join our Central Dublin team. The role focuses on commercial valuations, client relationship building, and contributing to the growth of the Valuation & Advisory practice.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS and/or MSCSI qualifications, with direct experience in Commercial Real Estate and a track record of delivering high-quality valuation advice.

Qualifications

• MRICS and MSCSI qualifications required or equivalent.
• Registered Valuer with experience in Commercial Real Estate valuations.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial property valuations for clients within the Central Dublin market.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the Valuation & Advisory practice.

Engage People are keen to speak with experienced Chartered Valuations Surveyors about an exciting opportunity to join a brilliant Central Dublin based business and an established Valuation & Advisory team.

We are looking for a Registered Valuer and someone with the MRICS and/or MSCSI qualification along with direct experience in the Commercial Real Estate space (this is not a Residential role).
