Job summary

STRIVE Search in Dublin is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Professional Services and Advisory team. MRICS-qualified surveyors will work across a range of property projects and valuations.

You will carry out Red Book valuations for secured lending and financial reporting, provide asset advice to clients, and contribute to APC counsellor and supervisor programmes, with good progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-APC experience in valuations.
• MRICS qualification.
• Valuation for secured lending and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of RICS/SCSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Red Book valuations for secured lending and financial reporting.
• Prepare valuation reports in line with standards and procedures.
• Provide property advice to clients to manage assets.
• Carry out nationwide property inspections.
• Prepare reports and respond to client queries promptly.
• Take part in the APC counsellor and supervisor programme.
• Keep up to date with property market trends, legislation and RICS/SCSI standards.
