Job summary

Zevo Health in Dublin (Sandyford) is seeking a Chartered Psychologist or Psychotherapist to deliver comprehensive wellbeing programs for content moderation and Trust & Safety professionals. You will provide individual and group counselling, supervise, and design psycho-educational trainings while ensuring GDPR compliance and cross-cultural sensitivity.

The role requires a Master’s level qualification, PSI/IACP membership, 3+ years clinical experience, and proficiency with MS Office and video

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Health Psychology.
• Chartered Membership of PSI in Health, Clinical, Counselling or Psychotherapy (or full accreditation with Irish bodies).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post bachelor's degree.
• Certified in suicide risk assessment (SafeTALK or ASIST).
• Experience in psycho-educational training to enhance resilience and coping.
• Experience in cross-cultural counselling.
• Proficient with MS Office and video conferencing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong data management skills and documentation.
• Ability to adapt in a flexible, fast-growing industry; CPD per policy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-demand counseling sessions via booking platform.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions addressing a range of issues.
• Ensure availability and balance workload with team capacity.
• Complete administrative duties including case notes and scheduling.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records for all sessions.
• Design and deliver psycho-educational training on resilience and coping.
• Facilitate art, music therapy and mindfulness sessions.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages from team and employees.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and strategies.
• Attend supervision sessions for ongoing development and best practices.
• Manage clinical risks effectively to ensure client safety.
