Job summary

Zevo Group seeks a Chartered Psychologist or Psychotherapist to deliver on-site counselling and wellbeing programs at Eastpoint, Dublin. The role focuses on resilience, coping skills, and mental health support for client employees, with a shift from 10pm to 7am on weekdays.

Applicants should hold a Master's in psychology and be a Chartered or accredited member of a recognized Irish body. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and GDPR-compliant practice are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Health Psychology.
• Chartered PSI in Health/Clinical/Counselling or full Irish psychotherapy accreditation.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-bachelor degree.
• Experience with short-term, solution-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site individual counseling and group sessions via booking platform.
• Deliver psycho-educational training to enhance resilience and coping.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and complete case notes.
• Manage clinical risk and ensure client safety in a corporate setting.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings.
