Job summary

Zevo Group in Dublin is seeking a Chartered Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our Clinical team. You will deliver wellbeing programs to client employees, conduct individual and group sessions, and support mental health initiatives across diverse cultures.

You will work on-site at Eastpoint, with 2-3 night shifts per week, and engage in supervision, case notes, and GDPR-compliant record-keeping while applying evidence-based therapies in a fast-growing tech and online content environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Health Psychology.
• Chartered/ accredited membership with Irish body (PSI, IAHIP, IACP etc.).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in short-term, solution-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-demand counselling sessions and deliver one-on-one sessions.
• Deliver group interventions addressing psychological and emotional issues.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and accurate session data.
• Design and deliver psycho-educational training on resilience and coping.
• Provide cross-cultural counselling within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
