Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical/Counselling/Health Psychology required.
• Chartered or accredited membership with PSI or Irish psychotherapy bodies.
• Minimum 3 years post-degree clinical experience.
• Experience with short-term, solution-focused interventions preferred.
• Competence in risk assessment and GDPR-compliant record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-demand, short-term counseling sessions and group interventions.
• Deliver individual counseling while maintaining client privacy and GDPR standards.
• Provide psycho-educational training to enhance resilience and coping skills.
• Lead cross-cultural counselling within a multidisciplinary team.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Balance workload and optimize team capacity through effective planning.
