Job summary

Zevo Health in Dublin invites a Chartered Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our clinical team delivering wellbeing programs for clients' employees. You will provide individual and group counselling, design resilience training, and work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.

This role requires flexibility, GDPR-compliant records, and experience with cross-cultural counselling, risk assessment, and using digital booking tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counselling, or Health Psychology.
• Chartered membership with PSI or full accreditation with an Irish psychotherapy body (IAHIP/IACP).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-bachelor.
• Certified in suicide risk assessment (SafeTALK or ASIST).
• Experience designing and delivering psycho-educational training.
• Experience in cross-cultural counselling.
• Proficient in GDPR-compliant data management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-demand counseling sessions via booking platform.
• Deliver individual and group sessions addressing psychological issues.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and timely admin duties.
• Design and deliver resilience and coping psycho-educational training.
• Facilitate arts-based and mindfulness activities.
• Respond promptly to emails and team communications.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Manage clinical risks and ensure client safety.
