Job summary

Zevo Health is seeking a Chartered Psychologist or Psychotherapist to deliver a comprehensive wellbeing program for clients' employees. Based at Eastpoint, Dublin, with on-site work and a Monday–Friday 10pm–7am shift, the role involves delivering individual and group counseling, psycho-educational training, and cross-cultural interventions.

Requirements include a Master's in Clinical/Counselling/Health Psychology, PSI/IACP accreditation, and at least 3 years of clinical experience post-degree.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Chartered membership with PSI or Irish psychotherapy bodies (IAHIP/IACP).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-degree.
• Certified suicide risk assessment (SafeTALK/ASIST).
• Experience designing psycho-educational training.
• Cross-cultural counselling experience.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in corporate settings.
• Proficient with MS Office and video conferencing tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• CPD hours per governing body or Zevo policy (min 20h).

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-demand counseling sessions via booking platform.
• Deliver individual and group counseling addressing diverse issues.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and session data.
• Design and deliver psycho-educational training for resilience.
• Facilitate art/music therapy and mindfulness sessions as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages; support team collaboration.
• Participate in internal supervision and team meetings.
• Manage clinical risks and ensure client safety.
• Balance workload to maximize team efficiency.
