Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd seeks a Change & Project Manager to drive organisational change across a portfolio of initiatives. This fixed-term role sits in a busy Change team and operates from Dublin or Waterford.

The role reports to the Head of Change Management and interacts with the Arachas Business Lead. You will lead structured projects, manage risks, and deliver benefits through process improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Proven knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems.
• Expert use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Work with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Plan and design programme plans to ensure ROI and benefit realisation.
• Apply structured project management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigate issues for the programme.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate status and resolve issues.
• Assist with transition to business as usual activities.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm benefit realisation.
• Provide Change Management support to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify, plan and implement actions to engage stakeholders.
• Develop change management methods to support adoption.
• Identify impacts and communicate changes to ensure business readiness.
• Lead change workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and solutions to support organisational change.
• Review and create business processes to meet goals.
• Model and standardise processes; facilitate workshops.
