You will oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding service to a busy commercial operation serving hundreds of covers, supervise and support a frontline team, and ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met.

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and support a team. Manage service for a busy commercial operation serving approximately 300 covers per day.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
• Assist with staffing, training, stock control, and labour management.
• Drive sales opportunities and support the achievement of business performance targets.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Act as a key point of contact during service, ensuring efficient operations and strong team communication.
