Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day catering operation and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support food preparation, presentation, and service in line with company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage stock control effectively.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Manage customer queries and build positive working relationships.
• Assist with financial controls, including waste management and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
