Chartwells Independent in Dublin is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy commercial setting, delivering outstanding service to around 300 covers per day. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of food safety and guest experience, and act as the service lead during busy periods.

This role offers 40 hours per week, 5/7, with a rate of €17.50 per hour and benefits through Gather and Gather, including development opportunities, pension, health support, and staff

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
Supervise, motivate, and support a team.
Manage service for a busy commercial operation serving approximately 300 covers per day.
Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
Assist with staffing, training, stock control, and labour management.
Drive sales opportunities and support the achievement of business performance targets.
Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Act as a key point of contact during service, ensuring efficient operations and strong team communication.
