Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Catering & Hospitality Supervisor to oversee all catering and hospitality operations across multiple sites on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. • Experience in a hotel, catering or hospitality supervisory role.
• Passion for great tasting food and exceptional service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Ambition to develop and upskill.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and prepare equipment, food, and displays.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams across multiple buildings to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages to meeting and hospitality spaces with attention to detail and presentation.
• Supervise daily catering and hospitality operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all hospitality areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Schedule, manage, and prioritise work to meet service timelines and client expectations.
• Foster teamwork across departments including kitchen, floor, and PA teams.
• Train, support, and mentor team members to maintain high standards of service and customer care.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and respond promptly to queries.
