Supermac's in Galway region is seeking a Refrigeration/Catering Equipment Technician to service and maintain catering equipment across Connacht. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and urgent responses to breakdowns.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience, strong knowledge of refrigeration and catering equipment, solid record-keeping, stock control, and a full driving license. The position offers a dynamic environment and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years’ experience in refrigeration and catering equipment servicing.
• Hands-on, with strong attention to detail and clear written/oral communication.
• Must have a full clean driving license and be able to travel.
• Stock control and parts ordering are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair catering and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on catering equipment.
• Inspect equipment for wear and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Maintain inventories of equipment and manage parts ordering.
• Travel as required and respond to breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
