Avoca Dunboyne is seeking a catering assistant to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role with an immediate start.

The Catering Assistant will support senior chefs in managing kitchen operations, respond to guest and business needs, and maintain friendly, professional service across all outlets. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic, follow instructions, and be available for early morning shifts.

Mansioni

• Food Preparation – daily and weekly prep for following day/week to high standard.
• Kitchen Setup/End of Day Duties – keep counters, surfaces and storage clean and organized.
• Food storage – HACCP-compliant storage with proper labeling and dates.
• Food Presentation – ensure dishes are presentable to Avoca standards and guidance from Head Chef.
