Supermac's Westport is hiring a full-time Catering Assistant for the Texaco Westport Service Station on Castlebar Road. You will deliver warm, friendly service to every customer and work across all areas to meet company standards.

The role requires full availability Monday to Sunday. You will follow health and safety guidelines, assist with food preparation and cleanliness, handle cash as directed, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy team.

Catering assistant – Full-time ¦ Texaco Westport

Supermac's currently requires full-time Catering Assistants for their restaurant at the Texaco Westport Service Station,Castlebar Road.

"Full availability is required from Monday to Sunday. This is not a part-time or weekend-only position."

Job Purpose:You will provide ongoing support to the Management team in a fast-paced environment to ensure our Supermac's customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness every time.

THE JOB:

• Treating our customers to warm and friendly service each and every time they visit the site.
• Working in all areas to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
• Working as part of a team, in all areas as required, treating all staff and management with respect.
• Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production and storage.
• At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
• Working with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our restaurant.
• In relation to cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance complies with company guidelines.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the site as requested by the Manager
• Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
• Handle complaints and incidents effectively, passing them on to Supervisor/ Manager.
• Keep lobby area and customer toilets clean and tidy at all times.
