Job summary

Supermac’s is seeking Catering Assistants, full-time and part-time, for Cork Road, Waterford. Candidates must be fully flexible to work weekdays with at least one weekend day off each week. Experience is desirable.

The role focuses on delivering quality service, fast and accurate food orders, and maintaining cleanliness and standards in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the management team to grow customer numbers and revenue while following cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive best quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Interact with customers, staff and management in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Carry out duties in compliance with training and Employee Handbook standards.
• Serve quality food quickly and accurately to customers.
• Work with the management team to increase customer numbers and spend per day.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures as directed by management.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance per guidelines.
• Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
• Put the customer first at all times.
