Job summary

Morgan McKinley has an immediate opening for a Cash Applications Specialist in Cork, Ireland. You will process cash applications, maintain customer master data, and ensure accurate application of receipts across multiple markets.

In this 12-month contract, you will collaborate with credit, finance, and customer service teams, monitor KPIs, and support SOX controls and audits. Degree required with 2–4 years in AR/O2C preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash in a shared services environment.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming cash applications and maintain customer master data.
• Manage customer master data governance including creation/amendment requests.
• Collaborate with credit, finance and customer service to address queries and ensure service levels.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Assist with ad hoc financial requests and audits.
