Job summary

PE Global seeks an Order to Cash Specialist to join the Global Finance Services team in Little Island, Cork. You will focus on cash application and customer master data across multiple markets, reporting to the OTC Senior Manager.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR/OTC, ERP SAP experience, and strong analytical abilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and adhere to SOX and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash.
• ERP experience in SAP/Oracle is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash application and customer master data maintenance across international markets.
• Act as SME for MDG processes and customer creation workflows.
• Support multiple legal entities across ACE region.
• Collaborate with customer service, finance and credit teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support audits.
