Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Caseworker to facilitate the integration of Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs). You will conduct assessments, provide tailored case support, and connect BOTPs with essential services and language programs.

The role involves data gathering and monitoring project activities while coordinating with internal units and external partners to ensure compliant program delivery and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable groups (migrants, refugees, or trafficking victims) is essential.
• Strong case management skills and knowledge of migration-related topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of project activities and data handling.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments for BOTPs and provide individualized case support.
• Coordinate with internal units and external partners for administrative processes.
• Draft reports and correspondence; organize meetings; monitor partner activities; guide junior staff.
