Job summary

IOM is seeking a Senior Protection Associate in Ireland to support programme activities for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs). The role reports to the Head of the Integration Unit and will directly supervise a team of four Caseworkers and two Project Associates.

You will coordinate with other workstreams to ensure protection-related operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to policy implementation, field delivery, and safeguarding of vulnerable populations.

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, the direct supervision of the Head of the Integration Unit, the Senior Protection Associate will support programme activities for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland.

This role will directly supervise a team of four Caseworkers and two Project Associates, supporting the delivery of two workstreams focused on protection-related activities and transition assistance to BOTPs in Ireland. The position will also collaborate with additional workstreams to support alignment and effective use of synergies. The role will include other programme-related responsibilities as required.
