Job summary

IOM in Ireland is seeking a Senior Protection Associate to support programme activities for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland. The role will work under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Head of the Integration Unit.

This position will directly supervise a team of four Caseworkers and two Project Associates, supporting two workstreams focused on protection-related activities and transition assistance to BOTPs in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support programme activities for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland.
• Directly supervise a team of four Caseworkers and two Project Associates.
• Collaborate with additional workstreams to support alignment and effective use of synergies.
• Perform other programme-related responsibilities as required.
