Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and hiring of caregivers, partnering with Local Offices to onboard staff aligned with the organisation’s mission.

You will design recruitment pipelines, manage end-to-end candidate experience, and ensure GDPR compliance across all records. Strong communication, organisation, and ATS proficiency are essential for success in a fast-paced health‑care context.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recruitment experience, ideally in home care or health care
• Qualifications in Business Management or HR preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of General Employment Permits
• Working understanding of GDPR in recruitment

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the attraction and sourcing strategy for Caregivers
• Drive and manage this according to business needs and industry trends
• Advertise in accordance with the Attraction Strategy and Calendar
• Build and maintain a caregiver talent pipeline
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Screen CVs/applications, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews
• Conduct reference checks, permit verification, qualifications, and ensure compliance
• Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, document collection, and orientation
• Establish relationships with Local offices, GM, HRs and candidates
• Generate offer letter contracts and communicate to candidate
• Act as SME on recruitment best practice and coach Local Office teams
• Analyse recruitment data and provide reporting on performance
