The Talbot Group Mullingar is seeking a Team Lead to support adults with intellectual disability, ABI and autism in a residential setting. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living skills, and help residents achieve independence.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 7 NFQ in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, or Disability modules.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential, respite or day service with people with an intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support through a person-centred approach to residents.
• Coordinate the shift on duty and supervise staff under direction.
• Collaborate with MDT and report to the Person In-Charge; deputise in absence when required.
