Job summary

The Talbot Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our Disability Residential Service in Fermoy, Ireland. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents with Intellectual Disabilities, ABI and Autism, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and wellbeing.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support within our Disability Residential Service. You will support residents with Intellectual Disabilities, ABI and Autism to achieve their personal goals, promote independence, and live fulfilling lives. Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical support, care planning, health monitoring, medication management and support in line with best practice.

Salary and benefits

• €21.65 - €26.65 per hour. €1.50 extra for Sundays.

What we\'re looking for

• Registered Nurse (Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Division) with NMBI
• Experience working with people with an intellectual disability in a residential, respite or day service setting
• Knowledge of Person-Centred Planning and HIQA standards
• A genuine passion for delivering respectful, quality care
