Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking experienced Care Support Workers for a permanent, full-time role in South Dublin. You will support people with physical or neurological disabilities, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence within a residential setting.

Care Support Workers

Location: South Dublin | Contract: Permanent, Full-Time | Salary: Competitive

Our client, a well-established provider of care services for people with physical or neurological disabilities, is seeking experienced Care Support Workers to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily needs and routines.
• Build respectful relationships and promote independance.
• Support people to make choices and achieve their goals.
• Manage staffing, training, budgets and the overall residential environment.
• Encourage participation in activities in the community.

Requirements

• Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or a minimum QQI Level 6 in Social Care or Nursing.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual or physical disabilities.
• Full clean driving license.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and sleepover shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
