Job summary

3Q Recruitment is seeking a Care Support Worker for a permanent, full-time position supporting adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities in the Greystones area.

Location: Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Salary: €34,100.68-€39,625.68 per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 39 hours per week. Roster: Flexibility to work across a 24/7 service. Garda Vetting and international police clearance as required.

Qualifications

• Must have QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 in Social Care or Nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Full driving licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support independence, choice and community participation.
• Follow individual support plans and care practices.
• Maintain records and report concerns; work with colleagues and professionals.
• Participate in the service's 24/7 roster.
