Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care is required.
• CORU registration is required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience with adults with complex needs in residential, respite or day services.

• Manage client care to ensure professional standards and evidence-based practice.
• Promote residents' quality of life through person-centered plans and risk assessments.
