FRS Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Person In Charge for a leading intellectual disability service based in Cork, Republic of Ireland. Salary ranges from €56,000 to €60,000 per annum, with no visa sponsorship.

You will manage client care, promote health and well-being, and lead staff and students while upholding high standards of care and safety. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care and CORU registration.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience within the healthcare sector.
• Experience working with adults with complex needs in residential/ respite or day services.

Responsibilities

• Manage client care to ensure high professional standards.
• Ensure high quality of life through health promotion and person-centred plans.
• Lead evaluation and monitoring of Health and Safety within the service.
• Promote resident participation in centre planning.
• Manage staff and supervise students/volunteers.
