Job summary

Caremark Meath and Louth is seeking compassionate Care & Support Workers to join our dedicated team, delivering person-centred care in clients’ homes across Meath and Louth.

You will provide essential personal care, mobility and daily living support, promote independence and dignity, and work with Field Care Supervisors.

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential personal care and support, fostering dignity and promoting independence for our service users. Working closely with our Field Care Supervisors, you will deliver person-centred care that mirrors the support a family member would provide, focusing on daily living activities rather than complex nursing tasks. Across Meath and Louth.

About The Role

Principal Responsibilities
