Job summary

Caremark Meath and Louth is seeking compassionate Care & Support Workers to empower individuals to live independently at home across Meath and Louth. You will provide personal care with dignity and promote independence, mirroring family-style support.

Working with Field Care Supervisors, you will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, light cleaning and accurate care records, while promoting wellbeing, companionship and safety for service users.
