Job summary

Nayr Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead client-side management of major capital building and refurbishment projects in the west Dublin area. The role offers hybrid working and requires a level 8 qualification with experience in cost control and procurement.

You will coordinate design teams, manage payments to contractors and consultants, and prepare cost reports in line with budgets, policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have QS experience with a main contractor, PQS practice or Institution.
• Strong cost control and procurement capabilities.
• Experience in contract administration and payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-side project management for capital building and refurbishment works.
• Prepare progress reports and cost reporting structures.
• Oversee design team fees, certification and contractor payments.
• Support compliance with public procurement regulations and statutory requirements.
