Zalando in Ireland is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner (Recruitment Coordinator) to support a team of recruiters by coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate journey for technical and non-technical roles.

You will collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers, meet KPIs, educate stakeholders on the scheduling process, participate in team meetings, and identify blockers to improve efficiency. Zalando offers a broad benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA and colleagues to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Deliver on KPIs and SLAs, such as number of interviews scheduled.
• Educate TA colleagues on scheduling processes and propose improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team's success.
• Identify scheduling blockers and escalate to stakeholders when needed.
