Job summary

Zalando in Ireland is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner (Recruitment Coordinator) to support a team of recruiters by coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate journey for technical and non-technical roles.

You will collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers, meet KPIs, educate stakeholders on the scheduling process, participate in team meetings, and identify blockers to improve efficiency. Zalando offers a broad benefits package and opportunities for growth.

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Candidate Experience Partner (also referred to as Talent or Recruitment Coordinator), your primary responsibility involves assisting a team of Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews. The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical positions, emphasizing the creation of a positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on providing support for operational and capacity‑related matters within the team.

This role in particular covers a diverse set of business areas.

• You take an active part in team meetings and contribute to the overall team’s success.
• You are able to identify challenges and blockers in the scheduling process and bring these to the attention of stakeholders and Recruiters when necessary.
