Job summary

RAD Search are delighted to be partnered with a Dublin design studio to recruit a CAD Technician. The role focuses on producing detailed drawings from concept through construction for luxury residential and commercial projects.

You’ll work with the Technical Design Manager and design team, applying AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, and Office software, while ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and coordinating with consultants and site changes.

Qualifications

• At least two years post-qualification experience in architecture, interior design or joinery.
• Strong understanding of construction and interior detailing.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning and Building Control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawing packages from concept through to construction.
• Coordinate information and incorporate consultant and site changes.
• Work closely with Technical Design Manager and wider design team.
