Qualifications

• Proven experience in a butchery environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; stock control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the butcher store and customer service.
• Supervise and lead a team of butchers.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Manage stock, orders, stock takes and rotation.
• Use EPOS for sales tracking and reporting.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to inform decisions.
