Job summary

Our client, a global asset management organisation based in Dublin 2, is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Reporting Manager to lead data-driven reporting and business intelligence initiatives. You will develop reporting solutions, scalable data models and dashboards, improve data governance, automate finance processes and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• 4–6 years' relevant experience in finance transformation, reporting, BI or data analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and management reporting.
• Snowflake, SQL and Python experience desirable.
• Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop finance databases using Snowflake, including data quality controls.
• Transform financial data into dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, management information and KPI reporting.
• Support the CFO with financial analysis, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Develop robust data models, reporting datasets and data standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Use SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX and Power BI to develop data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Reporting Manager to lead the development of data-driven reporting and business intelligence capabilities across the organisation.

You will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, scalable data models and dashboards, improving data governance, automating finance processes and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Experience within Asset Management, Financial Services, Wealth Management or a regulated environment is highly desirable, as is experience within a Big 4 consulting or advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
