Job summary

Meta in Ireland (Dublin) seeks a Business Integrity Project Manager for WhatsApp Integrity Operations to lead end-to-end programs, defining goals, milestones and success metrics while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze abuse trends, design scalable enforcement workflows, partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy and Legal, and communicate progress and risks to leadership.

Business Integrity Project Manager, WhatsApp Integrity Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead business integrity programs from planning through delivery: define goals, success metrics and milestones, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies
• Identify emerging abuse patterns and gaps in integrity systems, and design scalable abuse detection and policy enforcement workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy and Legal to translate integrity requirements into product and operational solutions and coordinate delivery
• Analyze operational data and abuse trends to prioritize integrity investments and enforcement strategies
• Define measurement frameworks and evaluate policy and enforcement experiments to assess the effectiveness of integrity interventions
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, escalation paths and standard operating procedures
• Communicate program progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to align priorities and support decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in integrity operations, business integrity or abuse operations
• Experience designing and scaling workflows for policy enforcement, content moderation or abuse mitigation
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness and inform operational decisions
• Experience delivering cross-functional integrity or compliance programs with Engineering, Policy and Legal
• Experience writing program updates, risks and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing integrity programs for a large-scale messaging, social media or communications platform
• Proficiency with SQL or other querying tools to independently extract and analyze operational metrics
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Familiarity with spam, fraud or platform manipulation in encrypted or private messaging environments
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
