Job Description

CubeMatch is seeking an experienced banking transformation professional to support the migration of the core banking platform from Oracle Flexcube to Temenos T24. This role will play a critical part in delivering a complex, large‑scale systems transformation that underpins credit and commercial lending operations. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the migration is delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with regulatory, operational, and business requirements. The role requires strong domain knowledge in lending, proven IT delivery capability, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system outcomes while managing multiple stakeholders across the organisation. As part of the transformation programme, you will contribute to shaping the product vision for the target T24 platform, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and minimal disruption to customers and business operations throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end migration of the core banking system from Oracle Flexcube to Temenos T24, with a focus on credit and commercial lending products.
• Define and articulate the product vision and migration roadmap, aligning business objectives with technology delivery.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, managing and prioritising the delivery backlog.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee delivery milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to quality, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Validate data migration accuracy, system functionality, and integration outcomes through testing and assurance activities.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify issues and drive resolution to ensure a stable and successful transition to the new platform.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of credit and commercial lending processes and products.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting teams through financial services transformation initiatives.
• Proven IT delivery experience within complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with core banking platforms, ideally Oracle Flexcube and/or Temenos T24.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
• A good understanding of credit (commercial lending).
• Good experience in FS transformation.
