Job summary

Knight Frank Ireland is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Dublin. The role focuses on commercial building surveying with a track record in technical due diligence, landlord and tenant advisory, and dilapidations.

You will manage projects for commercial clients and support settlements and negotiations where needed. The ideal candidate is either chartered or approaching chartered status, with strong client-facing skills and a proactive approach to delivering

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial building surveying.
• Experience delivering Technical Due Diligence inspections.
• Advising on Landlord & Tenant and Dilapidations matters.
• Managing projects on behalf of commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Due Diligence inspections for commercial properties.
• Provide landlord and tenant advisory on lease matters.
• Prepare and assess dilapidations assessments.
