Careeriser is recruiting an experienced Building Surveyor for our Central Dublin office. The role involves technical due diligence, surveys for acquisitions, and overseeing commercial fit-outs and refurbishments for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in Building Surveying, be ideally chartered, hold a full driving license, and contribute to a comprehensive employee benefits package including pension, healthcare, and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Building Surveying experience.
• Registered Building Surveyor (ideally chartered).
• Experience overseeing contractors on commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.
• Deliver transaction-led surveys including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.
• Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.
• Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.
• Manage the Dilapidations process for Landlords and Tenants.
• Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects for clients.
