Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is helping a large multi-site organisation recruit a Building Services Project Coordinator for a Galway-based six-month FTC. You will support critical infrastructure projects, coordinate contractors and maintain project documentation to ensure safety, schedule and quality across a busy estate.

The role requires experience in project engineering or facilities management, strong organisational skills and excellent communication with facilities, estates and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering, facilities management or estates environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, RAMS and permit systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Support delivery of a major utilities and infrastructure upgrade programme.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate site access, permits, RAMS reviews and project documentation.
• Monitor project actions, schedules and progress reports.
• Support planned shutdowns and critical infrastructure works.
• Assist with maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Maintain project records, compliance documentation and service reports.
• Track actions through maintenance management and helpdesk systems.
• Support operational continuity across critical building systems.

Building Services Project Coordinator

Location: Galway

Duration: Six Month FTC

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

Our client, a large and complex multi-site organisation, is seeking an experienced Building Services Project Coordinator to provide temporary support during a period of ongoing recruitment and project delivery. This role will support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, building services operations, contractor coordination and project administration across a busy estate environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with facilities, estates, engineering and operational teams, ensuring projects and maintenance activities progress safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion

• Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical project experience
• Experience within education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial or large campus environments
• Experience of CMMS, PEMAC, CAFM or maintenance management systems
• Knowledge of BMS, energy management or infrastructure projects
