Job summary

Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong HVAC and mechanical services background to review design information and develop procurement-ready submissions for client approval. You will work in a hybrid/remote arrangement, with travel for meetings in Mayo and project locations as required.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in building services/HVAC or ductwork contracting.
• Previous Irish construction industry experience essential.
• Experience preparing equipment and ductwork submissions.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, schedules and BIM models.
• Review project budgets with estimating team.
• Prepare and issue equipment/ductwork submissions to clients and consultants.
• Coordinate supplier documentation and track submission status.
• Handover approved submissions to procurement and site teams.
