Job summary

ProSource Group is recruiting a Building Services Coordinator for a Dublin project. You will manage procurement from enquiries to delivery, maintain an audit trail and support the project team through from inception to handover.

Role requires a Building Services Engineering degree and a minimum of three years in a similar role, with strong analytical and decision-making skills to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery on site.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within building services or construction.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Procure and monitor equipment from enquiries through requisition, manufacturing, and delivery with audit trails.
• Attend and record regular supply chain meetings to track progress against the construction programme.
• Liaise with design team and supply chain to ensure plant operates correctly on site and handover is successful.

Job description

My client is a leading Main Building Contractor with a large pipeline of projects in Dublin. Due to their continued growth they are seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join their team on a project in Dublin.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Process internal procurement from equipment enquiries through requisitioning & monitoring manufacture through to delivery to site whilst maintaining a comprehensive audit trail.
• Attend & record regular supply chain meetings to ensure that progress is monitored & maintained within the overall construction programme.
• Liaise with the design team & supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant on site & successful handover.
• Ensure that the Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures are followed & adequate records maintained.
• Work with the project manager & project teams to review & manage the project from inception to handover.
• To liaise with the project manager & prepare the project close out report
• Review & ensure that the site based personnel have the correct training & valid certification for the project.
• Deliver what has been promised to the client on the time safely & to the highest quality.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering Degree
• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar Role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
