Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Galway is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to oversee the coordination of all building services across our projects. You will ensure designs align with buildability, manage coordination drawings, attend meetings, and drive on-site delivery of services in line with programme, safety and quality standards.

• Experience coordinating Building Services on construction projects.
• Understanding of design coordination and buildability.
• Ability to manage meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review Building Services design for buildability and coordination.
• Coordinate drawings, model production, and clash resolution.
• Schedule and chair regular Building Services meetings.
• Attend Client/Design Team meetings and report on progress.
• Manage testing, commissioning, handover, and snagging.
• Monitor quality, health & safety compliance on site.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and monthly reports.
