Brown's Brasserie in Limerick is hiring chefs across all grades from commis through chef de partie. We operate daytime and early evening service, so you won’t finish at midnight.

It’s a proper brasserie kitchen with structure and standards, but one that respects your time outside of work. Starting from €14.50 per hour, depending on grade and experience, plus 29 days holiday, enhanced rates on Sundays and bank holidays, staff meals, a 50% dining discount, tips shared fairly, and real progression
