Browns Brasserie in Limerick is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to join our luxury dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure an unforgettable dining experience. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience helps, but is not required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanour
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant setting
• Ensuring guests feel well cared for and providing an unforgettable dining experience
• Working with a collaborative team to maintain high service standards
• Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks
