Job summary

Harri is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to oversee efficient operation and customer service for the dining room, collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain brand standards. You will implement SOPs, monitor health and safety, manage staff rotas and payroll, upsell opportunities, train team members, and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction throughout dining service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation and customer service in line with company standards.
• Supervise delivery, service and F&B team during breakfast shifts.
• Implement SOPs to deliver consistent, superior service.
• Monitor budgets, payroll rotas and departmental costs.
• Maintain HACCP, Health & Safety and food safety requirements.
• Upsell and promote departmental promotions to meet targets.
• Train staff and keep training records up to date.
• Communicate hotel services to guests and ensure a professional impression.
