Windward Management Limited is recruiting a Breakfast Chef for Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in County Carlow. The role involves preparing and producing food to high standards in collaboration with other chefs, ensuring mise-en-place, and strict hygiene compliance while meeting guest needs.

Shift work and weekend availability are required; the position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits within the Windward group.

• To prepare and produce food for the assigned service and to the agreed standards in conjunction with the other chefs.
