Beacon Hospital is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to lead and deliver a comprehensive SLT service for inpatients and outpatients. Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognised by the Department of Health & Children and CORU registered.
• Minimum of 4 years' Speech and Language Therapy experience with dysphagia training essential.
• Experience/competence in FEES and tracheostomy weaning desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality SLT service for inpatients and outpatients, including swallowing and communication disorders.
• Deliver videofluoroscopy and related reports for adult patients, both inpatients and outpatients.
• Represent SLT within the hospital and provide ongoing education to nursing and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to clinical audits and service data.
